Client Informed Consent
Service terms and informed consent
This informed consent applies to all services provided by Veronika Barkoci, particularly individual consultations, sessions, workshops, Metapsychology Coaching – Metaphysical Anatomy, and related techniques (e.g. meditation, visualisation, breathing exercises, body work, eye movement reprocessing, etc.).
The client acknowledges and expressly agrees that:

The services provided are supportive, self-developmental and educational in nature, and are not health care within the meaning of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., nor do they substitute medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
•
The provider does not make diagnoses, does not treat diseases, and does not propose changes to medication.
•
The effects of individual methods are individual and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
The client declares that:
•
They attend the session voluntarily, by their own decision and without coercion.
•
They have been informed of the nature of the services, their possibilities and limits, and had the opportunity to ask questions.
•
They understand that during a session, deeper emotional, psychological or life topics may be opened, and that temporary physical, emotional or psychological reactions may appear (e.g. fatigue, sadness, crying, increased sensitivity).
•
They acknowledge such reactions as a natural part of the self-development process, not as harm.
The client further acknowledges that:
•
They bear full responsibility for their decisions, behaviour and steps taken on the basis of or in connection with the consultation / session.
•
The provider is not responsible for the consequences of the client's decisions outside the framework of the session.
•
The services are not intended as crisis intervention. In case of acute psychological difficulties or threat to themselves or others, the client is required to seek professional or crisis help (doctor, psychiatrist, helpline, etc.).
The client confirms that:
•
They are not in an acute psychotic episode or in such a health or psychological state that would prevent their safe participation in the session.
•
If they are under the care of a psychiatrist or take psychiatric medication, they bear responsibility for considering the appropriateness of participating in the session and, if necessary, consulting their condition with their treating professional.
Personal data protection and confidentiality:

All information shared during a session is considered confidential, with the exception of legal obligations (e.g. threat to life, health or others).
Termination of cooperation:
•
Both the client and the provider have the right to terminate cooperation at any time.
•
The provider reserves the right to terminate cooperation, particularly if they assess that the services are not suitable or safe for the client.
Contractual relationship and client consent
This informed consent forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between the client and the provider.
Conditions of ordering, payment, cancellation and other rights and obligations are governed by the General Terms and Conditions, with which the client became familiar before ordering the service.
By sending the order and making payment, the client confirms that:

they have read this Client Informed Consent,
•
they have read the General Terms and Conditions,
•
they understand the content and agree to it in full,
•
payment for the service is an expression of their free and serious will to use the services provided under the stated conditions.
Formation of the contractual relationship
The contractual relationship between the client and the provider is established at the moment of crediting the payment to the provider's account.
